Hiiii hiii! Welcome to the very first Mewsletter of 2026!
With all this New Year business going around, it almost always arrives with lots of pressure to fix ourselves. I absolutely want this space to be the opposite of that. This is your friendly reminder that you don’t need to fix or polish yourself to belong here. New healthy habits are great things! But don’t feel pressure. You can literally apply those in your routine at any time. This inner circle is going to be built on authenticity & being true to ourselves (maybe even reconnecting with parts of ourselves that we’ve had to hide or shove down in the name of fitting in) I’m so very grateful to walk into 2026 alongside people brave enough to be themselves out loud & the people that are being gentle with themselves as they learn to.
